David Prather is a solo
performing artist known
for his razor-sharp wit and
mesmerizing oratorical
presence on stage.
He stars in the popular
and truly engaging
“Poetry Jam”, and his
cross-cultural classic,
“John and Juan”. Every
July and August, Mr. Prather
stars as “Cap’n Dave” in the
Hollywood Bowl’s crowd-
